For Caseificio Fanizzi, a newly opened Apulian-style cheese dairy in Northern Germany, I developed a social media strategy that introduced the brand’s Southern Italian craftsmanship to a local audience.
My work focused on building awareness, shaping a clear brand voice rooted in Apulian tradition, and creating engaging content that showcased the artisanal process behind products like Mozzarella, Burrata, and Ricotta. Through strategic storytelling, community-oriented formats, and consistent visual identity, I helped position Caseificio Fanizzi as the local destination for authentic, handcrafted cheese — made with North German milk and Apulian soul.
