Inclusive Tomorrow - Spring Cross Channel Campaign
As part of a multi-channel marketing project for Inclusive Tomorrow, a charity-driven lottery organization, I redesigned their spring campaign based on insights from the previous holiday performance. I conducted deep data analysis, established a full-funnel KPI structure, evaluated attribution models, and crafted a cohesive storytelling strategy centered on trust and inclusion. The final deliverables included channel recommendations, ethical guidelines, creative and product briefs, and a full execution plan in Asana, ensuring alignment across marketing, brand, and product teams.
